Testimonials:

“On award night, my thank you speech would be addressed to three people. God, my mom, and Richie Love. Richie was my first mentor in music at the young age of 13.  He took me under his wing and brought me into the studio – introducing me to the world of music, that would become my life long passion.  I went on ghost write for Eazy E, toured with numerous other acts, and established myself as a player in the music business.  Without Richie, I truly believe that my life would be different today.” Damon Mckell (aka Dismost).

“Brother Richie Love was certainly a “Gift” to my Family and I, introduced to us at a Time of transition. Through his shared knowledge of Music and specifically “Alto Sax”–haha!! We are on our Way! Yeaah!”.  David George (student 2 years).

“Richie Love is one of the coolest sax teachers of this time in my opinion. He has influenced my life because; his teachings have helped me to recognize instruments in music that I never noticed before. When I used to hear music I just thought of it as a normal song, but now that I play music I can recognize the instruments playing in that song, for example trumpet, saxophone, bass, drums, violins and lots of other instruments. I started 2 years ago and ever since the day I started I noticed I could hear instruments a lot clearer and call them out by sound such as how low or high the pitch is. My most favorite part of being brother Richie’s student is on Sunday, he comes over and I get to show him what I’ve learned, I am currently working on finishing the cd we are working on by, learning 2 more songs, I am also working on mastering solo’s by practicing patterns like fourths, Coltrane patterns, and diminished. Now to wrap this up I’ll finish by saying Brother Rich is a great teacher and even after it’s time for me to go off on my own and live I will continue to use everything he has taught me.

So to you brother Rich… I say Thank You!”  Ali G.
